Straw yellow color with fine and persistent foam. Medium-bodied and lightly bitter with notes of orange peel and characterizing coriander which makes it pleasantly drinkable and very refreshing. Recommended for an aperitif, it can be accompanied by light appetizers and finger food or with light and less elaborate dishes such as white meats and fish. It also goes very well with cheeses accompanied by compotes and honey or some dry pastry desserts.
Dark beer brewed with toasted barley malt. Fine and persistent foam, characterized by hints of coffee and licorice and cocoa notes. The main combinations are: barbecue dishes, tasty cheeses, creamy desserts.
Amber color with a dense and persistent foam. Light and round bitterness with toasted notes. Very distinctive citric notes and hints of passion fruit and mango.
The most suitable combination is pizza, excellent as an aperitif, delicious if consumed with grilled fish or shellfish. It can also be served with some fat cheese. Sweet sausages and spicy cured meats.
